I’m currently watching my Birds of Prey box set, does Bruce Thomas, actually appear as Bats in a later episode or is he just a suit filler for the few glimpses we see of him in Flashback and the credits?

I know that Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker to fanboys) did the vocal work for Joker, while another actor wore the make-up and appeared in the few glimpes I’ve seen of him so far.
